Terms of Use
Last updated 31 August 2026
Using this site
These tools are free to use, for personal and commercial work alike, without an account and without payment. By using the site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the tools.
What you may do
You may use these tools for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. Files you create with them — a converted photo, a compressed video, a generated invoice PDF — belong entirely to you. We claim no rights over anything you produce here, and we could not exercise such rights in any case, since we never receive your files.
What you may not do
- Use the tools to process material you have no legal right to process.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated systems to place unreasonable load on it.
- Represent the site as your own, or redistribute it as a competing service.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We make no guarantee that they will be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Software has bugs, browsers differ, and files vary — a tool that works perfectly on one file may fail on another.
Keep your original files. Never use a tool here as the only copy of anything you care about. Convert from a copy, verify the result, and only then delete the original if you choose to.
Known limitations
Because everything runs in your browser, real technical ceilings apply, and we state them on each tool page rather than hiding them:
- Very large files can exhaust the memory available to a browser tab and fail.
- Video and image processing runs on your processor and is slower than desktop software.
- Some formats and character sets are not supported; where that is the case, the tool tells you before you commit to the work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site — including lost or corrupted files, lost income, or lost time. This is a free service provided in good faith, and your use of it is at your own risk.
Not professional advice
Some tools produce business documents, and some pages explain how such documents are normally structured. None of this is legal, tax or financial advice. Invoice requirements in particular vary by country and by business type, and remain your responsibility to verify.
Advertising
This site is intended to be supported by advertising so that the tools can remain free and unrestricted. Where advertising appears, it is clearly distinguishable from the tools and the content. We do not endorse advertised products, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.
Third-party software
These tools are built on open-source software, used under its respective licences. That software carries its own warranty disclaimers, which apply alongside these terms.
Changes
These terms may change over time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
